The Fridge

Back in 1987, Hasbro ran a promotion in which if you collected and mailed in 5 inserts, you could get a free (plus shipping and handling, please allow 6-8 weeks for delivery, ask your parents) William "The Refrigerator" Perry action figure. This was Hasbro's second attempt at a G.I. Joe figure based on a real person, the first being professional wrestler Sgt. Slaughter back in 1986. Unlike Slaughter, The Fridge didn't become a part of G.I. Joe lore or continuity in the animated series or comics, but it may have been interesting to see. Possibly for legal reasons, The color of Fridge's jersey was slightly altered from his Chicago Bears colors to a paler blue with red highlights, I've corrected that here. I've also added a fully functional flail for him, as opposed to Hasbro's original football on a stick.

Formula:

Head and Torso: Custom cast from TheAngelForge
Arms: Marvel Universe Ares
Legs: Marvel Universe Cable, hip pads sculpted with Green Stuff
Football Flail: Custom cast from AVAC'S LAB, modded with parts from Boss Fight Studios
Helmet: Starting Lineup

Paints used: Citadel, Model Master.

Thanks for looking.
